Condition survey of the existing MEP services including specific areas of the building where operation and control are known to be poor. Thermal survey of the building and reporting on age, condition, and suitability of the existing MEP services installations in the Church and Hall for upgrade with cap ex spend to offset future revenue costs. Thermal modelling of the existing church modelling of proposed building upgrades and updated MEP system to decreased energy use including the elimination of the fossil fuel gas fired heating system and replacement with electric heat pumps plus changes to the heating system to suit. Reporting included cost benefit analysis and carbon emissions reporting options.
