Rochester Bridge Trust

Description

Restoration and redevelopment of the existing Rochester Bridge Trust building to alter some of the internal spaces and provide office accommodation for the Trust as well as relocate the archive area to a purpose build archive within the new build extension area. The original Bridge Trust accommodation is to be restored and fully refurbished to provide function areas and include a catering kitchen and events spaces. The project utilises heat pump technology to provide heating and hot water to serve the building areas including the new building office areas as well as the dedicated close control condition systems that serve the archive area.
