Description

The project involves the demolition of the existing building and rebuilding in its place, complete with enabling works to re-position the existing UKPN network substation. Harley Haddow worked from the inception of the project with Clarion Housing Group and the wider design team to develop a Stage 3 tender package for the project that sees the redevelopment of the existing site into 9-storey affordable fatted residential occupancies, providing 54 units.
